Rules for writing conference material
  

 

 

  • Theses must be prepared on A4 paper, using Times New Roman font, 12 pt font size, with 1.5 line spacing, 1.25 cm paragraph indentation, and 2 cm margins on the top, bottom, left, and right sides of the page.
  • The length of the thesis must be between 3–5 pages.
  • In the theses, the author’s first and last name must be written in capital letters, bold, and centered. The full name of the institution where the author works, academic degree, e-mail address, ORCID ID, and phone number must be written before the title of the thesis, centered and in italics.
  • Authors who continue their education must indicate their educational level as undergraduate, master’s, or doctoral student.
  • Authors who are currently neither studying nor working should indicate only their city and country of residence.
  • The abstract must be 80–100 words in length and written in both Azerbaijani and English, Keywords must consist of 5–7 words and be provided in both Azerbaijani and English.
  • If references are used, a list of references must be given at the end of the thesis in alphabetical order.
  • All references must be formatted according to the APA 7 citation style.
    In the list of references, preference should be given to publications of the last 5–10 years.
  • Submitted theses must not contain plagiarism. Full responsibility in this matter lies with the author.
  • Theses will be recommended for publication after being reviewed by two independent reviewers.
  • Theses that do not meet the stated requirements will not be accepted.
