Rules for writing conference material

 

  • Thesis format: Theses must be prepared in A4 format, using Times New Roman, 14-point font, with 1.5 line spacing. Margins (top, bottom, left, and right) must be 2 cm.
  • Thesis Length: The length of the thesis must be between 1 and 3 pages.
  • Author information: The author’s full name and surname (e.g., Leyla Gadirova), full name of the affiliated institution, academic degree, e-mail address, and telephone number must be indicated on the right-hand side above the title of the thesis. Authors who are continuing their education must specify their academic status (undergraduate, master’s student, or doctoral candidate). Authors who are neither studying nor employed should indicate only their city and country of residence.
  • Keywords: Must be provided in both Azerbaijani and English, with no fewer than five keywords.
  • References: If references are used, a list of references must be provided at the end of the thesis in alphabetical order. In-text citations should be formatted in two ways: General reference without page number: (Gadirova, 2011). Reference to a specific page: (Gadirova, 2011, p. 87)
    Sources cited in Azerbaijani or English should be written in the original language. Sources in other languages must be transliterated into the Latin alphabet.
  • Plagiarism Report: A plagiarism report confirming that the thesis has been checked must be submitted.
