As "Azerbaijan Science Center" is a member of "Crossref" organization 

DOI: 10.36719 is assigned to the articles, conference materials and theses collections published in the center. 

The authors are awarded an International Certificate by "Azerbaijan Science Center".


Rules for writing conference material  


  • Theses should be written in A4 format, size 14, Times New Roman font with 1.5 line spacing, 2 cm  space should be left at the bottom, top, right and left sides of the page.
  • Theses should be between 1-3 pages.
  • In theses, the author's name and surname (e.g.: Nijat Gadirov), full name of the institution where he/she works, academic degree, e-mail address and phone number should be written on the right side before the title of theses. The author who is continuing his/her education should indicate that he/she is a bachelor, master or doctoral student according to the level of education. The author, who is not currently studying or working, should only mention the name of the city and country where he/she lives.
  • Keywords should be no less than 5 words. If the article is written in Azerbaijani, keywords should be written in Azerbaijani and English, or if written in English, keywords should be written in English and Azerbaijani. If the article is written in Turkish and Russian, keywords should be written in the language of the article, as well as in Azerbaijani and English.
  • If there is a reference, an alphabetical list of references should be written at the end of the theses.
  • References within the thesis should be written in two forms: if the source is referred to in general, without indicating the page number (e.g.: Gadirov, 2011), if several pages are specifically referred to, with the page number indicated (e.g.: Gadirov, 2011, p. 87).
  • If the sources cited in the thesis are in Azerbaijani and English, they should be written in those languages, if they are in other languages, they should be transliterated into Latin script.
