General Characteristics of Digital Monitoring Systems Existing at AZTU

Abstract. Digital monitoring systems are applied at Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU) to organize the educational process, administrative management and technical infrastructure more efficiently. These systems allow for the prompt collection, processing, storage and analysis of data within the university. Digital monitoring tools based on modern information and communication technologies serve to increase transparency and control in the activities of the educational institution.
The digital monitoring systems used at AzTU include electronic education platforms, student databases, attendance control systems, security cameras and network monitoring programs. Student attendance, assessment and academic performance are monitored through electronic journals and LMS (Learning Management System) platforms. These systems accelerate the exchange of information between teachers and students and have a positive impact on the quality of education.
The security and video surveillance systems applied at the university help ensure security within the campus. Cameras monitor access and exit, and take prompt action to prevent emergencies. In addition, digital monitoring tools that monitor the activities of servers and network equipment ensure the stable operation of information systems.
