Innovative Technologies in Digital Marketing

 

Abstract

 

The rapid development of digitalization and innovative technologies in the global economic system has fundamentally transformed the field of marketing. In the modern era, artificial intelligence (AI), big data, blockchain, and cloud technologies have become key elements of marketing strategies. Through these technologies, enterprises create more personalized customer experiences, optimize advertising costs, increase sales turnover, and predict market trends more accurately. The development of digital marketing has enabled both the analysis of consumer behavior and real-time decision-making processes. At the same time, through social media platforms, search engines, and mobile applications, companies can reach a wider audience with fewer resources. AI-based algorithms analyze customers’ interests, purchasing habits, and online behaviors, enabling the creation of personalized offers. This fosters the formation of competitive advantages and strengthens brand loyalty in the digital environment. The article provides a scientific analysis of the application of innovative technologies in digital marketing, their economic effects, environmental benefits, and prospects in the Azerbaijani market.
