Methods Used in Analysis of the Current State of Management of State Entrepreneurship in the Agro-Industrial Complex

Abstract. Various methods are widely used in the analysis of the modern state of management of state entrepreneurship in the agro-industrial complex. First, statistical and economic indicators are used; this method allows for the assessment of indicators such as productivity, profitability, investment volume and financial results. Secondly, the comparative analysis method is applied, where the performance indicators of state enterprises are compared with other state and private sector enterprises to determine the level of effectiveness. Also, the SWOT analysis method is widely used; this method identifies the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats of state entrepreneurship, and creates the basis for the preparation of strategic decisions. Risk assessment and management methods are also important, since the analysis of economic, environmental and social risks in the agro-industrial complex and their reduction ensure the sustainability of state enterprises. Forecasting and scenario analysis methods play an important role in assessing future development prospects. As a result, the complex use of these methods is of fundamental importance for increasing the efficiency of the management process of state entrepreneurship, improving the quality of decisions and ensuring strategic planning in the agro-industrial complex.
