Abstract
Against the backdrop of globalization and technological advancements, the development and regulation of financial markets have become of paramount importance. This paper examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of financial market management mechanisms. It reviews key financial theories, regulatory frameworks, and technological innovations shaping modern financial markets. Furthermore, the challenges and opportunities in financial market management are identified. The paper highlights the role of monetary policy, risk management strategies, and digital transformation in financial markets.
