Organization of Work with Talented Students

Abstract

Working with gifted and talented students, their identification and development has become one of the most important aspects of school activities. There are principles of pedagogical activity in the field of working with gifted students. One of these principles is the maximum variety of opportunities for personal development. Also, increasing the role of extracurricular activities and individualization and differentiation of education are among the main principles. This also includes creating conditions for joint work of students with minimal participation of teachers. In order to work with gifted students in teaching biology, it is necessary to use modern diagnostic methods, psychometric tools, and special teaching methodologies.
