Possibilities of Applying the International Model in
State-University-Industry Partnership
Abstract. In the modern knowledge-based economy, strengthening cooperation among state, universities, and industry has become essential. The expansion of innovation activities, acceleration of technology transfer, and enhancement of competitiveness highlight the strategic importance of this partnership. The purpose of this study is to investigate the possibilities of implementing international models of state-university-industry cooperation and evaluate their impact on economic development. Comparative analysis, document review, and statistical assessment methods were employed in the research. The findings indicate that internationally applied cooperation models contribute positively to innovation ecosystems, commercialization of scientific research, and human capital development. Digital transformation and innovation policies also increase the effectiveness of such cooperation. The study concludes that adapting international models to local conditions can play a significant role in achieving sustainable economic development.
