Strategic Management Models of “State-University-Industry” Partnerships: The Role of Information Technologies in the Context of Socio-Economic Development and International Competitiveness
Abstract. In the modern knowledge economy, cooperation between state, universities and industry is considered one of the main pillars of the innovation ecosystem. This cooperation model plays an important role in accelerating economic growth, promoting the development of advanced technologies, strengthening human capital and increasing the international competitiveness of countries. The article analyzes the strategic management models of state-university-industry (GUI) partnerships, focusing in particular on the Triple Helix concept, and explores the role of information technologies in increasing the effectiveness of this cooperation.
