Bu qruplarla bağlı ABŞ, Fransa, İngiltərə və başqa xarici dövlətlərin təcrübəsinə də müraciət edilərək müqayisəli təhlil aparılmış, müsbət və mənfi tərəflər qiymətləndirilmişdir. Son olaraq mövcud olması məqsədəuyğun və effektiv hesab edilən tövsiyələr məqalənin nəticə hissəsində əks olunmuşdur.

The article focuses on different types of legal systems, which reflect the complete legal structure of society and the state. The fundamental principles and processes of action, as well as the history of establishment and development periods of common and civil law, which are the two primary types of legal system, are compared. The experience of the United States, France, England, and other foreign countries was enlisted, and a comparative analysis was conducted, with positive and negative aspects assessed. Finally, the article's conclusion section reflects the eventual ideas, the existence of which is regarded expedient and effective.
