GƏNCLƏR İLƏ SOSİAL İŞİN ƏSAS İSTİQAMƏTLƏRİ VƏ YANAŞMALARI

Əsər müasir ölkə gəncliyinin ən aktual problemlərini təhlil edir. Məqalədə gənclərlə sosial işin əsas istiqamətləri də vurğulanır; gənclərə göstərilən sosial xidmətlərin siyahısı müəyyən edilmişdir; gənclər üçün sosial xidmətlər və onların əsas funksiyaları sadalanır. Xarici tədqiqatçıların və yerli alimlərin sosial dizayn paradiqmalarına əsaslanaraq, könüllülüyün müasir cəmiyyətin sosial fenomeni kimi sosial-mədəni yanaşma nöqteyi-nəzərindən təhlili, məqalədə “regional səviyyədə gənclərin könüllü layihələri”nin inteqral konsepsiyası formalaşdırılıb və təhlil edilib.

Sonda gənclərin sosial dizaynının perspektivləri müəyyən edilir: sosial-mədəni və pat, riotik yönümlü layihələrin inkişafında sosial dizaynın aktivləşdirilməsi, universitetin təhsil məkanında sosial dizayn üçün könüllülərin hazırlanması. Regional gənclər siyasəti sistemində gənclərin sosial dizaynının tədqiqi perspektivləri və sosial dizayn könüllülərinin sosial icma və gənclər subkulturu kimi daha da öyrənilməsi ilə bağlı təkliflər hazırlanır.

Main directions and approaches of social work with youth

Abstract

The work analyzes the most urgent problems of the youth of the modern country. The article also highlights the main directions of social work with young people; the list of social services provided to young people is defined; social services for young people and their main functions are listed. Based on the social design paradigms of foreign researchers and local scientists, the analysis of volunteering as a social phenomenon of modern society from the point of view of the socio-cultural approach, the integral concept of “voluntary projects of young people at the regional level” was formed and analyzed in the article.

In the end, the prospects of social design of young people are determined: activation of social design in the development of socio-cultural and pat, riotic-oriented projects, training of volunteers for social design in the educational space of the university. Prospects for researching youth social design in the regional youth policy system and proposals for further study of social design volunteers as a social community and youth subculture are made.
