Abstract
Numerous mineral springs of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, called “museum of mineral waters” by many researchers have a great importance as a therapeutic and a tourist-recreational point of view. In this regard, the article contains information about the mineral springs of the area, given information about their daily flow rate, temperature, chemical composition, therapeutic value and simultaneously assessed with tourist-recreational point of view. Mineral raw materials, widely distributed in the earth's crust, have played an important role in the formation and development of the material culture of mankind. In general, the rise of material culture has been closely related to the discovery of new minerals. In particular, non-metallic minerals such as construction materials, oil, coal, salt and water are important for people's daily life and economic activities. Mineral waters also occupy a special place among these resources. Mineral water resources in our republic, especially in the territory of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic are very rich.
