Development Perspectives of Risk Management in
Electronic Business
Abstract
The rapid development of e-business has become one of the important areas of the modern economy. In addition, organizations operating in this field face various risks. Effective risk management is an important factor that ensures the sustainability and success of e-business. Below is a summary of the main points on this topic. Risks in e-business are mainly divided into categories such as technological, legal, financial, strategic and operational risks. These risks include cyber-attacks, data loss, fraud in payment systems and legal issues. In particular, information security and confidentiality of customer data is one of the important issues in this field. The risk management process consists of their identification, analysis, evaluation, development and implementation of control strategies. It is important to use advanced technologies and analytical tools for risk management in the field of e-business. These processes must be updated and developed regularly. New technologies such as blockchain, artificial intelligence and big data analytics play an important role in managing risks in e-business. Blockchain technology can be used to reduce financial fraud and increase transaction transparency. And artificial intelligence allows to detect and prevent potential threats in advance. Strong legal and regulatory frameworks are essential for the sustainable development of e-business. These frameworks should be harmonized both nationally and internationally.
