Digital Platform for Scientific Analytical Assessment of Scientific Activity
Abstract
The article develops the conceptual foundations of a digital platform model based on scientometric indicators for an objective, transparent and multidimensional assessment of scientific activity. In the modern scientific environment, parameters such as publication activity, citation index, h-index, impact factor, level of international cooperation and open scientific indicators play an important role in assessing the activities of researchers and scientific organizations. However, existing assessment mechanisms are often based on fragmented databases and are not integrated with a single analytical system.
The aim of the study is to form a digital platform model that conducts a complex analytical assessment based on the automatic collection, processing and visualization of data from various scientometric sources (for example, Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, etc.). The model combines data integration, indicator normalization, comparative analysis by field, rating mechanism and interactive reporting modules. The platform uses artificial intelligence and big data analysis to identify the dynamics of scientific productivity, collaborative networks, and development trends in research areas.
