Education and Motivation: Pedagogical Strategies for Increasing Student Learning Engagement
Abstract
Education is a continuous and complex process that reflects the development of society and is based on the social order of the state. This process, being pedagogically and psychologically multifaceted, gives long-term results and requires a joint effort. The level of development of society is largely determined by the quality of education. Today, education is an important factor that forms the basis of the nation's future. In the words of Great Leader Heydar Aliyev: "Education is the future of the nation." In this sense, education is one of the priority areas of the state, and it is the focus of special attention in terms of the results and value of the pedagogical process.
The quality of education begins with its effective management. In the era of globalization, where scientific and technical progress is accelerating and information is increasing, the issue of education management has become even more urgent. From this point of view, it is important to create a pedagogical, psychological and sociologically based management system in secondary schools. In the article, education and motivation, pedagogical strategies for increasing students' enthusiasm for learning become the subject of analysis.
