Innovation Management in Corporate Governance
Abstract
The article analyzes the innovative aspects of the corporate governance system and the role of strategic planning, control mechanisms, and evaluation systems in improving management efficiency. By comparing the American, German, and Japanese governance models, the study emphasizes that a two-level system is more suitable for Azerbaijan’s corporate environment. The research develops Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and a five-block control model (corporate, administrative, independent, quality assurance, and public control). The findings highlight that the application of innovation management plays a crucial role in enhancing transparency, achieving strategic goals, and increasing organizational effectiveness.
