Main Aspects of the Use of Information Technologies in Business and Future Prospects
Abstract
This research explores the importance of applying information technology (IT) in business. IT is a crucial tool in modern business for automating operations, increasing productivity, and enhancing competitiveness. The study focuses on the role of IT in areas such as business management, process automation, project management, and sales and marketing optimization. The advantages of IT include improving operational efficiency, enhancing product quality, and ensuring security. However, there are challenges associated with its implementation, particularly high costs, staff training, and data security risks. Future research is recommended to explore new opportunities in areas such as artificial intelligence, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.
