Abstract
The article has contained information about the successful diplomacy of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic at the Paris Peace Conference and the recognition of the republic by other states. İt is discussed here about the difficulty of the process of recognition of our independent state by neighboring and non neighboring states even at the beginning of the 20 th century. One of the main facts in this article is that the peace delegation adequately represented our country during the Paris Peace Conference despite the problems is faced. There are also notes on the foreign policy of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic and its delegation to the Paris Peace Conference. The information in the article is clarified through books, textbooks and other Internet resources.
