Pedagogical and Professional Directions of the Teacher's Personality
Abstract
The article analyzes the pedagogical and professional aspects of the teacher's personality. It is noted that the concept of a teacher's professional qualities combines many important components obtained in the process of professional training and work experience. They affect the effectiveness and success of pedagogical activity, and also form the basis of professional excellence.
The goal is to involve the pedagogical and professional characteristics of a teacher in scientific research, to show what these characteristics consist of. The article also examines the psychological aspects of a teacher. The research gives grounds for coming to such a scientific conclusion that a teacher should not only demonstrate his skills when performing his work, but first of all, he should be psychologically ready for this work. This point should be kept in mind during work.
The research leads to such a scientific conclusion that pedagogical and professional directions should be taken as the basis during the teacher's activity.
