Proposals for an Action Plan on Psychological-Pedagogical Possibilities of Forming the Learning-To-Learn Ability of School-Age Students

Abstract. The article broadly explains the importance of the “learning to learn” skill in the modern knowledge society. The rapid development of technology, globalization, and the changing needs of society require individuals to continuously acquire new knowledge and skills. The concept of “learning to learn” is characterized as a person’s ability to organize their own learning process, manage information and time effectively, and maintain continuous learning. The article emphasizes that this skill is closely connected with metacognitive thinking, critical analysis, self-regulation, and a growth mindset. The author recommends the use of methods such as game-based learning, project work, mind mapping, active reading, active listening, and effective time management to develop learning skills in schools. It is also noted that teachers should foster self-regulated learning, reflection, motivation, and resilience in students. The article particularly highlights the importance of developing critical thinking, communication, creativity, and social collaboration skills. In conclusion, it is stated that modern teaching methods help students become more independent, flexible, creative, and lifelong learners, while also increasing both their academic and social success.
