Strategic Management Models of the “State-University-Industry” Partnership: Socio-economic Development and International Competitiveness
Abstract. The state-university-industry partnership is considered one of the key drivers of modern economic development. This model plays a strategic role in accelerating innovation, developing human capital, and shaping a knowledge-based economy. The aim of this study is to investigate strategic management models of cooperation between the state, universities, and industry, and to determine their impact on socio-economic development and international competitiveness. The research applies systematic approach, comparative analysis, and analytical synthesis methods. The results show that an effective partnership mechanism increases innovation capacity, accelerates the commercialization of scientific research, and ensures workforce development aligned with labor market needs. At the same time, digital governance platforms and innovation ecosystems significantly enhance the efficiency of this cooperation. The study confirms that the triple-helix model is a key strategic mechanism for strengthening countries’ global competitiveness.
