The Effect of Social Activities on the Psychological Health of Students
Abstract
Research on the impact of social activity on the psychological well-being of students shows that participating in active social activities is important for the emotional and psychological well-being of students. Social activities increase students' self-confidence, reduce their feelings of stress and discomfort, teach them to build strong relationships and solve problems. Social activities allow students to get to know themselves better and increase their self-confidence. Team games, projects and other group activities develop children's leadership and friendship skills. Social activities help students develop social skills such as relationship building, command work, and conflict resolution. These skills positively affect their social and psychological development and increase their chances of success in other areas of their lives. Students who participate in social activities gain the ability to better cope with life's challenges. Practices such as problem solving, cooperation and mutual support within the group strengthen their psychological adaptability. Social activity has a positive effect on the psychological health of students, improves their emotional state, increases their self-confidence, and improves their ability to cope with stress. For this reason, promoting social activities in schools and inviting students to such activities is of great importance for their overall development.
