The Effect of Vilofoss Mineral Feed Additive on Productive and Wool Quality Characteristics in Fattening Hissar Lambs

Abstract. This article highlights the effect of using different doses (50 g and 100 g) of Vilofoss feed additive in a two-stage system for fattening Hissar lambs on nutrient digestibility, live weight gain, feed conversion ratio (FCR), and wool productivity. The experimental results indicated that the inclusion of Vilofoss additive significantly improved ration digestibility while concurrently increasing live weight gain by 18.4–26.3% and substantially enhancing wool quality parameters. Furthermore, the specific biological and physiological patterns regarding the optimal dose levels for both meat and wool productivity were scientifically substantiated.
