The Impact of the Investment Environment on the Development of Business Infrastructure: Modern Approaches and Prospects

Abstract. In modern economic conditions, the investment environment acts as one of the main factors influencing the development of business infrastructure. A favorable investment environment expands the opportunities for business entities, creates conditions for the implementation of new projects in the production and service sectors, and also accelerates the formation of a competitive business ecosystem in the country. Since business infrastructure covers areas such as transport, logistics, energy, financial and banking services, industrial parks, technoparks, business incubators and digital platforms, the direction of investment flows in these areas is of great importance in terms of economic development. The relevance of the research topic is that in modern times, not only the volume of capital investments, but also the efficient management of investments, their orientation to innovative technologies and implementation based on the principles of sustainable development are of particular importance. Improving the investment climate facilitates access to financial resources for business entities, increases economic activity in the regions and stimulates the development of the non-oil sector. As a result, broad opportunities are formed for the modernization of business infrastructure, creation of new jobs and diversification of the economy.
