The Importance of Digital Transformation in the Country's Economic Development Strategy
Abstract
The scope of the impact of digital transformation on national economic development is expanding quantitatively, and even more so, the qualitative aspects of that impact are deepening. The modern era, by creating favorable conditions for countries pursuing an independent economic and political development path, also creates conditions for the rapid formation of national economies of those countries, making them sustainable and resilient. Although there are many factors that affect the formation and development of national economies of individual countries, in any case, there are some factors among them that are decisive, have a creative, driving, innovative, and even more innovative impact on the political and economic development of the country. Countries that benefit from the rapid development of information technologies and communication technologies, as well as their individual economic entities, especially national firms and companies, require constant renewal of the principles of economic activity.
As modern information and communication technologies and their numerous varieties are potentiated by many countries, business firms and companies are faced with the need to develop by using and adapting to these technologies in their activities in order to compete using these technologies.
