• Tezislərin həcmi 1-3 səhifə arası olmalıdır.
• Tezislərdə müəllifin adı və soyadı, məs.: Əli Vəliyev, iş yeri tam şəkildə, müəllifin elmi dərəcəsi, şəxsi elektron poçt ünvanı və telefon nömrəsi tezislərin başlığından əvvəl, sağ tərəfdə göstərilməlidir. Təhsilini davam etdirən müəllif təhsil pilləsinə uyğun olaraq özü haqqında məlumatda bakalavriat, magistrant və doktorant olduğunu qeyd etməlidir. Hazırda heç bir yerdə təhsil almayan və elmi dərəcəsi olmayan müəllif yalnız yaşadığı şəhər və ölkəni qeyd etməlidir.
• Açar sözlər 5 sözdən az olmayaraq Azərbaycan və ingilis dillərində yazılmalıdır.
• Tezislərin sonunda mənbələrin istinad ardıcıllığı ilə (əgər istinad varsa) Ədəbiyyat siyahısı verilməlidir.
• İstinadlar mətnin daxilində bu qaydada verilməlidir: (Axundov, 2005: 201)
• Tezisdə istinad olunan mənbələr Azərbaycan və ingilis dillərindədirsə həmin dillərdə yazılmalı, digər dillərdə olarsa latın qrafikasına transliterasiya edilməlidir.
