AZƏRBAYCANDA İŞSİZLİYİN AZALDILMASINDA DÖVLƏT SİYASƏTİNİN ROLU

Bu məqalədə Azərbaycanın regionlarında işsizlik problemi və onun iqtisadi inkişafa mənfi təsirləri araşdırılmışdır. Tədqiqat işində regionlarda məşğulluğun müasir vəziyyətinin tədqiqi və işsizlik probleminin təhlil edilməsi tədqiqat işinin əsas məqsədlərindən hesab edilir. Tədqiqatın nəticəsində regionlarda məşğulluğun təmin edilməsi və bu sahədə dövlət siyasətinin və dövlət proqramlarının iqtisadi əhəmiyyəti izah edilmişdir. Bu sahədə dövlətin gördüyü işlər və gələcək inkişaf perspektivləri diqqətə çatdırılmışdır. Regionlarda məşğulluğun təmin edilməsi tədqiqat işinin arşdırılması zamanı qarşıya qoyulan hədəflərdəndir.

İşsizlik probleminin səmərəli qiymətləndirilməsinin aparılması vacibdir. Regionlar üzrə əmək bazarında bazar iqtisadiyyatı şəraitində məşğulluğun təmin edilməsində qarşıya çıxan problemlər tədqiq edilmişdir. Tədqiqat nəticəsində əldə olunmuş məlumatlar regionlarda işsizliyin azaldılmasında gələcək perspektiv üçün geniş imkanlar verəcəkdir.

The role of public policy in reducing unemployment in Azerbaijan

Abstract

This article examines the problem of unemployment in the regions of Azerbaijan and its negative effects on economic development. The main objectives of the study are to study the current state of employment in the regions and to analyze the problem of unemployment. As a result of the study, the employment of the regions and the economic importance of state policy and state programs in this area were explained. The work done by the state in this area and the prospects for future development were highlighted. Ensuring employment in the regions is one of the goals of the research. It is important to conduct an effective assessment of the unemployment problem. The problems encountered in providing employment in a market economy in the labor market by regions were studied. The data obtained from the study will provide ample opportunities for future prospects in reducing unemployment in the regions.
