Məqalədə müasir dövlət qulluğu sistemində kadr texnologiyalarının tətbiqi təcrübəsi araşdırılmışdır. Hazırda istənilən dövlət qurumunun ən mühüm strukturlarından biri kadrlar şöbəsidir. Seçilmiş kadr siyasəti çərçivəsində kadrların idarə edilməsi sahəsində çoxsaylı vəzifələri həll edən odur. Dövlət qulluqçularının peşəkarlığının yüksəldilməsi peşə hazırlığı, yenidən hazırlanma və ixtisasartırma sisteminin inkişafı ilə sıx bağlıdır. Eyni zamanda, dövlət qulluğunda mövcud kadr siyasəti sistemi, ekspertlərin fikrincə, nəinki dövlət qulluğunda dəyişikliklərə kömək etmir, hətta bəzən insan resurslarının inkişafının qarşısını almağa kömək edir. Hazırda dövlət qulluğu sistemində kadr siyasəti müasirləşməni, innovativ yanaşmaların tətbiqinin aktivləşdirilməsini tələb edir.

Application of personnel technologies in the modern civil service system
Abstract
The article examines the experience of applying personnel technologies in the modern civil service system. Currently, one of the most important structures of any state institution is the personnel department. It is he who solves numerous tasks in the field of personnel management within the framework of the selected personnel policy. Increasing the professionalism of civil servants is closely related to the development of the vocational training, retraining and professional development system. At the same time, the current personnel policy system in the civil service, according to experts, not only does not help changes in the civil service, but sometimes even helps prevent the development of human resources. Currently, personnel policy in the civil service system requires modernization, activation of the application of innovative approaches.
