Bank sektoru iqtisadi münasibətlərin bir iştirakçısından digərinə pul vəsaitlərinin hərəkətini təmin edən əsas dirijorlardan biri kimi çıxış edir. Buna görə də banklar üçün güclü maliyyə menecmenti sistemi hər zaman lazım olmuşdur. Maliyyə menecmenti bankın effektli fəaliyyət göstərməsində və maliyyə vəziyyətinin idarə olunmasında rol oynayır. Müasir bank sistemi istər bütövlükdə iqtisadiyyatın, istərsə də maliyyə-kredit sektorunun ümumi inkişaf meyllərini əks etdirir. Bu baxımdan kredit təşkilatlarının maliyyə idarəçiliyinin təkmilləşdirilməsi hər bir konkret bankın dayanıqlı fəaliyyətini və onun fəaliyyətinin rentabelliyini (rentabelliyini) təmin etməyə yönəldilməlidir. Bu məqalədə yerli və xarici mənbələrdən istifadə etməklə, maliyyə menecmenti mahiyyəti və qarşıladığı problemlərdən bəhs edilmişdir.

Modern Development Problems of the Financial Management System of 

Commercial Banks

Abstract

The banking sector acts as one of the main conductors ensuring the flow of funds from one participant of economic relations to another. Therefore, a strong financial management system has always been necessary for banks. Financial management plays a role in effective operation of the bank and management of the financial situation. The modern banking system reflects the general development trends of both the economy as a whole and the financial and credit sector. In this regard, the improvement of financial management of credit organizations should be aimed at ensuring the stable activity of each specific bank and the profitability of its activity. In this article, using local and foreign sources, the essence of financial management and the problems it faces are discussed.
