AZƏRBAYCANIN TAXIL BİTKİLƏRİNDƏ RAST GƏLİNƏN BAKTERİAL VƏ GÖBƏLƏK XƏSTƏLİKLƏRİ

Tədqiqat işi Azərbaycanın bəzi rayonlarında aparılmışdır (Gəncə, Şirvan). Tədqiqat işi zamanı rayonlarda bitən taxıl bitkilərində çoxlu miqdarda xəstəliklərə rast gəlindi. Xəstəliklərin yaranma səbəbləri araşdırıldı. Müəyyən olundu ki, xəstəlikləri yaradan səbəb bakteriya və göbələklərdir. Buğda, arpa və qarğıdalı taxıl bitkiləri arasında əkin sahəsinə və istifadəsinə görə əsas yer tutur. Bu bitkilərin məhsullarından un, qənnadı və makaron məmulatları, nişasta, pivə, spirt və başqa yeyinti məhsulları hazırlanır. Taxıl məhsulları heyvandarlıq və quşçuluğun əsas yem bazasıdır. Bununla bərabər, taxıl istehsalının strateji əhəmiyyəti daha böyükdür. Belə ki, ölkənin ərzaq təhlükəsizliyi həm də onun milli təhlükəsizliyinin tərkib hissəsidir.

Bacterial and fungal diseases found in grain plants of Azerbaijan
Abstract
The research was conducted in some regions of Azerbaijan (Ganja, Shirvan). During the research work, a large number of diseases were found in grain plants growing in the regions. The causes of diseases were investigated. It was determined that bacteria and fungi are the cause of diseases. Wheat, barley and corn occupy the main place among cereal crops in terms of cultivated area and use. Flour, confectionery and pasta products, starch, beer, alcohol and other food products are made from the products of these plants. Cereal products are the main feed base of livestock and poultry. At the same time, the strategic importance of grain production is greater. Thus, the country's food security is also a part of its national security.
