KONFİDENSİALLIQ REPRODUKTİV TEXNOLOGİYALARIN TƏTBİQİ ZAMANI YARANAN ETİK VƏ HÜQUQİ PROBLEM KİMİ

Məqalə tibbi hüququn aktual mövzularından biri olan reproduktiv texnologiyaların tətbiqi zamanı yaranan başlıca etik problemlərə – konfidensiallığın təmin edilməsinə həsr edilmişdir. Məqalədə konfidensiallıq yarana biləcək etik problemlərdən biri olmaqla digər etik problemlərlə qarşılıqlı əlaqədə nəzərdən keçirilmiş, milli və beynəlxalq qanunvericilikdə tibbdə konfidensiallığın qorunmasına yönəlmiş normalar qarşılıqlı şəkildə nəzərdən keçirilmişdir. Həmçinin, milli qanunvericiliyimizdə tibbdə konfidensiallığın təmin edilməsinə dair normaların təkmilləşdirilməsi istiqamətində bir sıra təkliflər irəli sürülmüşdür.

Confidentiality as an ethical and legal problem arising during the application of reproductive technologies

Abstract

The article is devoted to the main ethical problems arising during the application of reproductive technologies, which is one of the topical topics of medical law - ensuring confidentiality. In the article, confidentiality is one of the ethical problems that may arise, and the norms aimed at protecting confidentiality in medicine in national and international legislation were considered in interaction with other ethical problems. Also, in our national legislation, a number of proposals have been put forward in the direction of improving the norms for ensuring confidentiality in medicine.
