Bundan əlavə qeyd edilən məsələ üzrə müəllif tərəfindən qanunvericilikdə olan boşluqlar və ziddiyyətlərlə bağlı mühüm məqamlara toxunulmuş, həmçinin tibbi yardım almaq hüququ və bu kontekstdə istifadə edilən icbari tibbi sığorta institutu üzrə əsas vasitəçi olan ailə həkimlərinə dair ən xarakterik xüsusiyyətlər araşdırılmış, onların hüquqi statusu müəyyənləşdirilmiş və bu istiqamətdə qanunvericilik üzrə zəruri təklif və tövsiyələr verilmişdir.

The Place and Legal Status of the Family Doctor in the Legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Who is the Main Intermediary in the Implementation of the Right to Receive Medical Care Under Compulsory Health Insurance

Abstract

The current article talks about family doctors who were brought into practice after the introduction of the compulsory health insurance institute. In addition, the author touched on the important points related to the gaps and contradictions in the legislation on the mentioned issue, as well as the right to receive medical assistance and the most characteristic features of family doctors who are the main mediators of the compulsory health insurance institute to be used in this context, their legal status was determined and in this direction, necessary suggestions and recommendations were given for the legislation.
