GƏNCLƏRLƏ SOSİAL İŞİN ƏSASLARI

Bəşəriyyətin yaşlandıqca yaşadığı körpəlik, uşaqlıq, gənclik, yetkinlik və qocalıq dövrlərinin ən mühüm mərhələlərindən biri olan gənclik mərhələsi insan həyatının ən dinamik, aktiv, sürətli, səmərəli, bəlkə də, ən çətin həyat proseslərindən biridir. Deyə bilərik ki, bir cəmiyyətdə bəşəri olaraq doğulmaqla, müxtəlif təcrübələr və sosiallaşma prosesləri nəticəsində “insan” olmağa doğru irəliləyirik. Sosial işin subyekti olan gənclərin sosial problemləri sosial iş obyektinin və sosial problemin subyektinin, yəni gənc nəslin xüsusiyyətlərinə görə spesifik xarakter daşıyır. Ona görə də təsadüfi deyil ki, sosial işçinin əsas fəaliyyət sahələrindən biri gənclərlə sosial işdir. Bu səbəbdən də müasir dövrdə gənclərlə sosial işin təşkili aktuallıq təşkil edir.

Basics of Social Work with Young People

Abstract

The youth period, which is one of the most important stages of infancy, childhood, youth, adulthood and old age, is one of the most dynamic, active, fast, efficient and perhaps the most difficult life processes of a person. We can say that by being born as a human in a society, we progress towards becoming a "human" as a result of various experiences and socialization processes. The social problems of young people who are the subjects of social work have a specific character due to the characteristics of the object of social work and the subject of the social problem, that is, the young generation. Therefore, it is no coincidence that one of the main fields of activity of a social worker is social work with young people. For this reason, the organization of social work with young people is relevant in modern times.
