KORONAVİRUS (COVID-19) PANDEMİYASI ZAMANI DÖVLƏTİN İNSANLARI İDARƏETMƏ SİYASƏTİ

Rəsmi olaraq SARS-Cov-2 adlandırılan COVID-19 pandemiyası zamanı dövlətlərin güclü və ya zəif olduqları üzə çıxdı. Dövlətlərin vətəndaşının təhlükəsizliyinin təmin edilməsinin peşəkarlığını göstərmək üçün bu pandemiya bir növ imtahan oldu.

COVID-19 virusu bütün dünyada sosial-iqtisadi inkişafa və siyasi mühitə təsir göstərdi. 2020-ci ilin əvvəlində, 3 aydan az bir müddətdə COVID-19 böhranı qlobal bir pandemiyaya çevrildi. 2020-ci ilin yazında bir milyarddan çox tələbə üçün məktəblər və universitetlər, insanlar üçün iş yerləri bağlandı. Dünya əhalisinin yarıdan çoxu evlərində toplama tədbirləri ilə kilidlənmə yaşadı ‒ tarixdə ilk dəfə bu cür ölçüdə belə tədbirlər tətbiq olundu. Koronovirus insanlıq faciəsi olmaqla yanaşı, pandemiya son bir əsrdə ciddi iqtisadi böhrana səbəb oldu.

People Management Policy of the State During the Coronavirus

(COVID-19) Pandemic

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, offıcially called SARS-Cov-2, states hasve become vulnerable or weark. Thispandemic was a kind of test to show the professionalism of the states in ensuring the safety of their citizens.

The COVID-19 virus has affected the socio-economic development and political environment around the world. At the beginning of 2020, in less than 3 months, the COVID-19 crisis became a global pandemic. In the spring of 2020, schools and universities were closed for more than a billion students, and workplaces for people. More than half of the world’s population was locked down in history that such measures have been implemented on such a scale. In addition to being a human tragedy, the coronavirus pandemic has caused a serious economic srisis in the last century.
