AZƏRBAYCANDA İNNOVASİYAYÖNÜMLÜ İQTİSADİYYATIN

İNKİŞAFINDA NAXÇIVAN İQTİSADİ RAYONUNUN YERİ VƏ ROLU

Məqalədə Naxçıvan iqtisadi rayonunda yaxın illər ərzində təhsil, elm və digər intellektual sahə­lərdə ciddi dönüş yaratmaq istiqamətində atılan addımlardan, informasiya və bilik iqtisadiyyatının qurulması prosesinin sürətləndirilməsinə nail olunmasından bəhs edilmişdir. Tədqiqat işində muxtar respublikada innovasiyayönümlü iqtisadiyyatın bütün sahələrinin inkişafı, elmi-texniki infra­struk­turun modernləşdirilməsi, elmin, təhsilin və istehsalın inteqrasiyasının təmin edilməsi, idarə­etmə strukturunun təkmilləşdirilməsi, innovasiya infrastrukturunun yaradılması, texnoparkların, biznes mərkəzləri şəbəkəsinin yaradılması, onların müasir vəziyyətinin tədqiqi problemlərinin öyrənilməsi və bu istiqamətdə işlərin aparılması bir məqsəd kimi qarşıya qoyulmuşdur.

Məqalədə Naxçıvan iqtisadi rayonunda son illərdə əldə olunmuş nailiyyətlər, eyni zamanda mövcud problemlər kompleks şəkildə araşdırılmış, region iqtisadiyyatının gələcək inkişafının investisiya cəlbediciliyini artırmaqla, sürətli inkişafı təmin etməyi, daxili bazarın tələbatının ödə­nilməsi və əhalinin rifah halının yaxşılaşdırılması məsələlərindən bəhs edilmişdir. 

Araşdırmada başlıca məqsədlərdən biri də "qara qızıl" sərvətini intellektual sərvətə çevirməkdir. Digər əsas məqsəd isə elm və innovativ layihəli yeni fikir və ideyaların dəstəklənməsi hesabına iqti­sadiyyatın dayanıqlı və davamlı inkişafının sürətləndirilməsi, rəqabətqabiliyyətli və ixracyö­nümlü məhsul istehsalının artırılmasına nail olmaqdır.

Innovation-oriented economy in Azerbaijan
 location and role of Nakhchivan economic district in the development

Abstract

The article talks about the steps taken in the direction of creating a serious turn in education, science and other intellectual fields in the Nakhchivan economic region, and the acceleration of the process of building the information and knowledge economy. In the research work, the development of all areas of the innovation-oriented economy in the autonomous republic, the modernization of the scientific and technical infrastructure, the integration of science, education and production, the improvement of the management structure, the creation of the innovation infrastructure, the creation of a network of technology parks, business centers, the study of the problems of researching their modern state and the work in this direction is set as a goal.

One of the main goals in the research is to turn the "black gold" wealth into intellectual wealth. Another main goal is to accelerate the stable and sustainable development of the economy, and to achieve an increase in the production of competitive and export-oriented products due to the support of new ideas and ideas with science and innovative projects.

In the article, the achievements achieved in the Nakhchivan economic region in recent years, as well as the existing problems, the future development of the regional economy by increasing investment attractiveness, ensuring rapid development, meeting the needs of the domestic market and improving the welfare of the population were discussed.
