Administrative Ethics as a Mechanism to Combat Corruption in

Algerian Institutions

Abstract

Administrative ethics is a crucial tool for combating corruption in Algerian institutions. By promoting transparency, accountability and integrity, ethical administrative practices help reduce the likelihood of corrupt behaviors. Implementing clear ethical guidelines and fostering a culture of honesty within organizations encourages employees and leaders to act responsibly and avoid unethical actions. In Algeria, where corruption has been a significant issue in various sectors, administrative ethics can play a pivotal role in restoring public trust and improving institutional performance. Strong ethical frameworks also ensure that decisions are made based on fairness and the public's best interest, rather than personal gain. Adopting these practices can contribute to reducing corruption.
