Traditional Education

Abstarct. The rapid development of technologies in the modern era has led to fundamental changes in the education system. One of the most important consequences of these changes is the formation and widespread spread of online education. Unlike traditional education, online education eliminates time and space constraints, allowing students to learn at their own pace, make extensive use of digital resources, and access global educational opportunities. Traditional education, on the other hand, is superior in terms of social interaction, teacher-student relationships, and the formation of practical skills in the classroom environment. The main advantages of online education are related to flexibility, convenience, and easy access to resources. However, there are also disadvantages such as lack of motivation, technological inequality, and social isolation. The traditional form of education, on the other hand, provides an interactive environment, a structured learning structure, and the development of social skills, but has more limitations in terms of time, space, and finance. It is important to approach online and traditional forms of education from the pedagogical, psychological, and methodological aspects. Online education supports a personalized learning approach, allowing students to master the material at their own pace. This is especially effective for adult learners and working people. However, in this format, sustained motivation and self-management skills play a key role. Traditional education, on the other hand, creates a more orderly and emotionally powerful learning environment through direct teacher supervision and classroom discussions. In terms of training quality, the use of digital platforms (Moodle, Google Classroom, Coursera, etc.) in online education increases interactivity, but the weakening of teacher-student contact and the limitation of practical activities can sometimes negatively affect the effectiveness of teaching. In traditional education, practical exercises, laboratory classes and collective learning processes provide real experience.
