Impact of the Environmenton the Education of Adolescent Girls and Challenges

Fatima Agabalayeva

Abstract. The role of the environment in the upbringing of adolescent girls is assessed as a multifaceted and complex process. This period is different from both psychological and social points of view, and the family, school and social environment closely interact in the formation of girls' personalities. The family environment, especially in the early years, plays a key role in the formation of girls' emotional stability, value system and behavioral models. Father and mother relationships, parents' upbringing approaches and family structure create conditions for teenage girls to grow up as self-confident, responsible and socially flexible individuals in the future. The school is not only a platform for acquiring knowledge, but also an important environment for socialization, intellectual development and learning norms of behavior within the collective. The school environment develops girls' social skills, leadership potential and ability to adapt to the environment. At the same time, the wider social environment and information space also have a significant impact on the upbringing of teenage girls. The circle of friends, cultural influences, media and digital platforms are considered important factors in the formation of girls' worldview, behavioral models and relationships with society. For a balanced development from a social and psychological point of view, proper management of these influences should be ensured with the attention and support of both parents and teachers.
