Facilitator Function
Abstract
The role of teachers and facilitators in applying innovative teaching methods is crucial for enhancing the quality of education. Teachers aim to engage students by using creative approaches, such as interactive activities, games, projects, and discussions. This dynamic presentation of material fosters active participation and deeper learning. Facilitators focus on promoting independent learning, supporting students in developing their critical thinking and problem-solving skills. They guide discussions, foster group dynamics, and enhance student interactions. Collaboration between teachers and facilitators is vital, as it allows them to create inclusive and effective learning environments. Together, they can design new teaching strategies that enhance the flexibility of the educational system and facilitate the integration of innovative approaches. Overall, their combined efforts play a significant role in shaping a modern, engaging educational experience.
