Summary
The current article examines the legal aspects of solving the problems caused by the financial crisis and the impact of the financial crisis on the activities of credit institutions. The study focuses on the theoretical and legal basis of the financial crisis, analyzes the negative impact of the crisis on the banking sector, draws conclusions and analyzes the current situation in the sector.
