İSTEDADLI ŞAGİRDLƏR VƏ ONLARLA PEDAQOJİ İŞİN APARILMASI

İstedad anlayışı elmi ədəbiyyatda hər zaman araşdırılmalı olan mövzulardan biri olmuşdur. Müxtəlif elm adamları tələbənin şəxsiyyətini müşahidə etmiş və öz qabiliyyətləri ilə seçilənləri istedadlı adlandırmışlar. İstedadlı şagirdlərin öyrənmə ehtiyaclarını ödəmək üçün onlarla sinifdənkənar və məktəbdaxili tədbirlər planlaşdırılmalıdır. Bu prosesdə həm məktəb rəhbərliyi, həm də valideynlər bir-biri ilə sıx əlaqədə olmalıdırlar. Onlar üçün sadə standart məktəb proqramları kifayət etməyəcək. Yeni, müasir iş üsullarından, beynəlxalq metodlardan yararlanmaq lazım gələcək. İstedadlı uşaqlarla pedaqoji işin təşkili zamanı müəllim-şagird münasibətinə xüsusi diqqət yetirilməlidir.

Talented students and pedagogical work with them
Abstract
The concept of talent has always been one of the topics that need to be investigated in scientific literature. Various scientists have observed the student's personality and called those who stand out with their abilities as talented. In order to meet the learning needs of gifted students, extracurricular and in-school activities must be planned with them. In this process, both school management and parents should be in close contact with each other. Simple standard school programs will not be enough for them. It will be necessary to benefit from new, modern work methods and international methods. During the organization of pedagogical work with gifted children, special attention should be paid to the teacher-student relationship.
