Despite the importance of the procedural status of the specialist criminalist, the effectiveness is determined by the competence of the specialist criminalist, scientific research, the application of rationalization methods, the strict implementation of organizational and tactical principles and the coordination of the actions of all participants in the investigation. Usually, during the investigative actions, the investigator does not object to the creation of the necessary working conditions of specialist, obtaining additional information, inquiries and recommendations. If the specialist criminalist request is denied, he / she must inform the investigator of his / her activities and the impossibility of resolving the issues rose. Investigator is obliged to include relevant information of the specialist criminalist in investigative actions protocol.
