The Management of Software Confıguratıon of Corporate Networks
Abstract
This research study covers the processes of managing software configuration in corporate networks and analyzes the key technical and administrative challenges encountered in this field. In modern organizations IT infrastructure, networks configuration plays a crucial role in both security and operational efficiency. Improper configuration management can lead to system failures, data loss, and security vulnerabilities.
The study explores the implementation of configuration management systems and their core functionalities—such as monitoring, change tracking, automated updates, and backup creation.
It emphasizes the advantages of managing network device configurations centrally through automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef, etc.). The integration of configuration data with version control systems is also highlighted as a method to enhance agility and security in organizations.
Additionally, the study presents modern approaches and recommendations for reducing risks, optimizing technical support workload, and ensuring greater transparency in configuration changes. The results indicate that effective configuration management in corporate networks significantly contributes to both technical stability and the optimization of overall business processes.
