The Role of Pedagogical Psychology in English Language Learning
Abstract
This article explores the role of pedagogical psychology in the process of learning English as a foreign language. The research revealed that students’ motivation, emotional well-being, teacher-student relationships, and the psychological atmosphere in the classroom play a critical role in the development of language skills. A mixed-method research approach was used, involving both surveys and interviews with teachers. The findings confirmed a strong correlation between pedagogical-psychological factors and academic achievement. Data were presented in tables and analyzed individually. The study concludes that an educational approach grounded in pedagogical psychology significantly enhances the effectiveness and meaningfulness of English language learning.
