In the modern world, the problem of legalizing euthanasia has become one of the aggravated problems. To whom should euthanasia be applied? Is euthanasia a premeditated murder? Can euthanasia be considered as a humanistic method? These and other issues regarding this medical method have been on the agenda at many international meetings, forums and negotiations. Since the problem of euthanasia is directly related to the most valuable thing a person has – life, this situation is not surprising. Human life is the main value of modernity and that is why all issues related to the right to life are elevated to the rank of global, universal problems and the issue of euthanasia is no exception.
