You cannot find a country that is not proud of its traditions of baking national types of bread. Bakery products in Azerbaijan are regarded as the most significant and most important part in the human diet. It is customary here that if you want to invite a person to a meal, and then they must ask - Eat Bread. 

Traditional types of bread and pastries in Azerbaijan and most bakery products are prepared from simple wheat dough without any secrets and difficulties. However, the recipes, external form and methods of preparation of traditional Azerbaijani baked goods differ significantly from the methods of preparation of Slavic flour products. Among the favorite types of bread, it is worth highlighting - lavash, yukha, apek, felt, churek.
