Zəngin tarixi material və iqtisadi problemlərin uğurlu həlli nümunələrinin bolluğu dövlətlərin iqtisadi siyasətinin adekvatlığı meyarının metodoloji cəhətdən mümkünlüyünü müəyyən edir.
Məqalə maliyyə siyasəti vasitəsi ilə iqtisadiyyatın dövlət tənzimlənməsinin təhlilinə həsr olunmuşdur. Məqalədə iqtisadiyyatın dövlət tənzimlənməsinin zəruriliyi əsaslandırılır, dövlət maliyyə siyasətinin əsas istiqamətləri və əsas maliyyə alətlərinin - dövlət büdcəsinin xərclərinin və gəlirlərinin iqtisadiyyatda məcmu tələbata və məcmu təklifə təsir mexanizmi təhlil edilir.

Government regulation of the financial system

Abstarct

Disputes over the necessity and expediency of state intervention in the system of economic relations have been postponed. At present, a wide range of options for influencing the economic life of the state has been tested by mankind.

The rich historical material and the abundance of examples of successful solutions to economic problems determine the methodological feasibility of the criterion of adequacy of economic policy of states.

The article is devoted to the analysis of state regulation of the economy through financial policy. The article substantiates the need for state regulation of the economy, analyzes the main directions of public financial policy and the mechanism of impact of the main financial instruments - expenditures and revenues of the state budget on aggregate demand and aggregate supply in the economy.
