İşğaldan azad olunmuş ərazilərin perspektivləri müxtəlif istiqamətlər üzrə respublikanın davamlı inkişafı üçün çox vacib rol oynayır. Qarabağın zəngin təbiəti, əlverişli coğrafi mövqeyi burada istehsal və xidmət sahələrinin kompleks inkişafına şərait yaradır. 30 ilə yaxın düşmən işğalında olan ərazilərdə nəqliyyat infrastrukturu, maddi və texniki bazanın demək olar ki, tam məhv edilməsi aşkarlanıb. Regionda avtomobil sənayesinin inkişafı ilə əlaqədar avtoservis müəssisələrinin yaradılması zəruridir. Bu baxımdan, regionda nəqliyyat vasitələrinə göstərilən xidmətin keyfiyyətinin yüksəldilməsinə yönəlmiş tədbirlərin işlənib hazırlanmasının zəruriliyi vacibdir. İşğaldan azad olunmuş ərazilərdə avtomobilləşmə səviyyəsinin artması bu işə diqqətin daha da artırılmasını tələb edir.

The sustainable development of the republic in various directions plays a very important role for the prospects of the liberated territories. The nature and rich potential of Karabakh create a complex of production and service areas here. The energy infrastructure, material and technical base of the territories occupied for almost 30 years have been almost completely destroyed. With the development of the automotive industry in the region, the establishment of car service enterprises is a repair. In this regard, it is important to improve the quality of vehicle safety services in the region. The increase in the level of motorization in the liberated territories requires further attention to this issue.
