Davamlı inkişaf konsepsiyası XX əsrin sonlarında meydana gəlmişdir. İlk baxışdan iqtisadi, ekoloji və sosial olmaqla üç hissədən ibarət olan bu konsepsiyanın əsas məqsədi təkcə iqtisadi inkişafın dəstəklənməsi deyil, eyni zamanda onun davamlı olmasını təmin etməkdən ibarətdir. Sonra isə bu konsepsiyanın davamı olaraq davamlı insan inkişafı konsepsiyası təklif edilmişdir. İnsan amilini ön plana çəkən yeni konsepsiyanın mahiyyətini aşkarlamaq və onun cəmiyyətdə sosial problemlərin həllində rolunu göstərmək üçün ilk növbədə “insan inkişafı” anlayışını aydınlaşdırmaq lazımdır. Məqalədə sosial probelmlərin həlli yollarından bəhs edilir, müasir dövrdə bu istiqamətdə aparılan islahatlar araşdırılır.

The concept of sustainable development emerged in the late twentieth century. At first glance, this concept, which consists of three parts, economic, environmental and social, aims not only to support economic development, but also to ensure its sustainability. Then, as a continuation of this concept, the concept of sustainable human development was proposed. In order to reveal the essence of the new concept that highlights the human factor and to show its role in solving social problems in society, it is first necessary to clarify the concept of "human development". The article discusses ways to solve social problems, and examines the reforms carried out in this direction in modern times.
